Refund policy

Each product you order is personalized and crafted specifically for you, and for this reason, we are unable to accept returns, except in the following specific cases.

We offer returns or exchanges if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing errors, printing issues or if products are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Returns or exchanges are not supported if the Customer ordered a wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product.

We do not accept returns on gift cards.

In the case of manufacturing errors, printing issues, or if the products are damaged or defective upon arrival, follow the below guidelines:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. As the product you ordered is produced in a location near you, we advise you to contact us at info@rainbowrebels.store so we can analyse the ideal return address.
  • The buyer is responsible for shipping the return parcel.
  • If no location near your address is available, the buyer is responsible for shipping the return parcel to the company's headquarters:

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
If there are reasons for a return request that we can address by sending you a new item, without you having to return the item for which you request a return, we will do so.  

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
